I am Gwen, mother of Esra (7 years old) and Samuel (5 years old), living together with Timo.
In my work I mainly focus on the 'beautiful side of life', as I work in the global event industry as a freelance creative agency director
and can carry out beautiful assignments for brands worldwide.
I love travelling, skiing, having drinks with friends and especially enjoying the here and now together!

I am an ambassador because I think it is important for both young and old to see mourning as part of life. We celebrate life, we do not celebrate mourning. because sometimes it is too painful to talk about or people are afraid of saying 'the wrong thing'. Stories to Cherish makes opening a conversation about the loss of a loved one accessible, softer and part of the circle of life.

Stories emerge that you may never have known about your grandfather or grandmother, funny anecdotes about your loved one or sometimes even provide answers to questions that you were no longer able to ask him or her.
